1. Eligibility Overview
Paid course enrollments may qualify for refunds under the conditions below, consistent with consumer protection standards in the Republic of Korea, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
2. Cooling-Off Period
If you have not accessed more than twenty percent of recorded materials and have not attended a live session, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of payment confirmation.
3. Partial Refunds
After the cooling-off window, or if materials were accessed beyond the threshold, partial refunds may be calculated pro-rata for unused weeks remaining, minus an administrative fee of KRW 30,000, unless a cohort-specific policy states otherwise in writing.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Application fees, third-party certification exam vouchers, and completed capstone assessments are non-refundable. Digital templates delivered as instant downloads outside a course bundle are non-refundable once downloaded.
5. Request Process
Email [email protected] with your full name, course name, payment date, and reason. We acknowledge within three business days and decide within ten business days where documentation is complete.
6. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank transfers may require additional days depending on your institution.
7. Cancellations by Difanie Digital
If we cancel a cohort before start, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available date. We are not responsible for indirect costs such as travel arrangements.
8. Exceptions and Consumer Rights
