1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing difanie.digital or enrolling in a course offered by Difanie Digital, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the website and services. These terms apply to visitors, registered learners, and organizational contacts.
2. Services Description
Difanie Digital provides foundational Python programming education, including live sessions, recordings, exercises, and mentor feedback. Course descriptions on the website describe scope; materials may be updated between cohorts with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and safeguarding login credentials. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You must not share account access in ways that violate cohort policies communicated at enrollment.
4. Intellectual Property
Course materials, templates, rubrics, and branding remain the property of Difanie Digital or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use materials for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public reposting of materials without written permission is prohibited.
5. Learner Conduct
Harassment, plagiarism, sharing assessment answers in bad faith, or attempting to disrupt live sessions may result in removal without refund where permitted by law. We expect respectful communication in forums and during code reviews.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Difanie Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or courses. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Parties should attempt good-faith resolution via written notice to [email protected] before filing suit.
8. Termination and Modifications
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. We may update these General Terms by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. For enrolled learners, material adverse changes trigger notice options described in cohort agreements.
9. Third-Party Tools
Courses may reference third-party software, APIs, or hosting services subject to their own terms. You are responsible for complying with those terms when using external tools in exercises.
